Welcome to Remodel Compass. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Remodel Compass provides home renovation, remodeling, smart-home installation, roofing, solar, flooring, and related services. All services are subject to a separate written contract detailing scope, timeline, and pricing.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Final pricing may vary based on material costs, structural discoveries, or scope changes requested by the client. We provide transparent, itemized estimates before any work begins.
3. Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is required to secure your project date. Progress payments are due at agreed milestones, with the final balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
4. Warranties
We offer workmanship warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on your package. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed materials. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Cancellations
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellations after work has commenced will be billed for completed work and materials purchased. Deposit is non-refundable once materials are ordered.
6. Liability
Remodel Compass carries $2 million general liability insurance. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the contract value of the project.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, images, and marketing materials are the property of Remodel Compass and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
